How much does comprehensive long-term rental management cost?
We charge only 10% of the rent (no less than 350 zł/mies. brutto) — you only pay when your apartment is rented and generating income.
We set our commission individually, adjusting it to the size, location, and standard of the apartment to ensure it is fair and transparent.
There are no hidden costs — we do not charge for finding a tenant. You pay exclusively from actual rental income. The one-time preparation fee is 1200 zł brutto and includes:
